BOOKINGS MADE FOR THE NEW YEARS EVE PERIOD WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION OF $1000 OR CASH BOND OF $1000 UPON CHECK-IN.
Please note, parties, large gatherings and loud music are strictly prohibited at this property. A breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of a booking without refund. Any disturbance of peace, disruption and/or damages caused to the property and premises will result in total confiscation of the bond.

If the booking is to be paid by a third party's credit card, please download the Credit Card Payment Authorisation Form from the Property Overview link. The form needs to be completed and faxed back to Quest on Dorcas with a front and back photocopy of the respective credit card. Alternatively, please contact Reception.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no Reception on-site and that check-in is located just 250 metres away at Quest on Dorcas, 8 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne (telephone 03 9698 1500). There is no lift at this property.
