Quest South Melbourne is surrounded by fabulous local restaurants, situated across the road from an IGA express & Liquor store and is a short walk to the Botanic Gardens and Clarendon Street business district.

Our 1 or 2 Bedroom Apartments have been recently refurbished, they have a balcony, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment, 2 x LCD Screen Televisions, Foxtel, DVD player, stereo and a corner spa bath in the bathroom.

The rate is for 2 or 4 people respectively, if a sofa bed is required it is charged at an additional $40.00 per night. Car parking is $7.00 per night, per car.

Please note that Quest South Melbourne is a walk up property, if you require or wish to have a property with an elevator please visit the website of Quest on Dorcas, we also manage this property and will be happy to offer weekly rates.

If the booking is to be paid by a third party's credit card, please download the Credit Card Payment Authorisation Form. The form needs to be completed and faxed back to Quest on Dorcas with a front and back photocopy of the respective credit card. Alternatively, please contact Reception. (doc, 188 KB)

Conditions:

Minimum 7 nights stay.

Reservations have a strict 7 days cancellation policy, this also includes any amendments to your arrival and departure dates. If the length of stay is shortened to less than 7 nights, the nightly rate will increase.

Full payment is required on arrival. A credit card pre authorisation of $300 is required to cover any incidentals, if a credit card is not available then a $500 cash bond is required.

At Quest South Melbourne we have a strict no party policy.
