Conditions:

Rate is for a minimum 3 nights stay. Room rate is for 4 people, a 5th person may stay for an additional charge of $40 per night. Full payment and a $300 credit card authorisation is processed upon check-in. Guests must check-in at Quest on Dorcas (8 Dorcas St, South Melbourne). Quest South Melbourne has a strict No Party Policy.
